Product names, pack format and pack size. If you are sourcing to a brief instead, the category, format and target retail price will do.
Cases or pallets per order, and how often you expect to reorder. Frequency changes the freight cost more than order size does.
Suburb or postcode, and whether the site takes pallets, has a dock, or needs a hand unload. This is the detail most often left out.
